This website is run by Techcadd Computer Education | IT Courses | Digital Marketing Course | AI Course in Jalandhar, a computer training institute at 2nd Floor, Crystal Plaza, SCS 78, Opposite PIMS Hospital, Jalandhar, Punjab 144001, India. In this policy "we" and "us" mean that institute, and "you" means anyone using this website.

It covers this website only. It does not cover what happens after you enrol — attendance records, assessments and certificates are handled at the centre under the terms you sign there.

We collect nothing until you send it. Reading these pages does not create an account, and there is no login on this site.

When you submit an enquiry, a brochure request or the contact form, we receive the fields on that form:

• Your name and phone number, on every form.
• Your email address, postal address and a free-text message, where the form asks for them.
• The course you asked about, and the page you sent the form from — so a counsellor knows what you were reading.

Every submission is checked by an arithmetic security question before it reaches us. The challenge and your answer are used once, to confirm the form was filled in by a person, and are not kept afterwards.

We do not ask for and do not want your date of birth, your ID numbers, your bank details or any of the categories Indian law treats as sensitive. Please do not put them in the message box.

Our servers see the IP address your request arrives from, as every web server does. We use it to limit how many enquiries and security challenges a single source can send in a short window, which is what keeps the enquiry inbox usable.

It is stored alongside the enquiry it came with. It is not used to build a profile of you and it is not shared for advertising.

This site writes two small values in your own browser to work at all: the choice you make on the cookie notice, so you are not asked again, and a note that the enquiry popup has already been shown to you in this tab, so it does not reappear. Both stay on your device and are cleared when you clear your browser data.

If — and only if — you accept analytics cookies, we also load Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity. They tell us how many people visit, which pages get read and where visitors give up. They set their own cookies and receive your IP address under their own policies.

Neither analytics product loads before you accept. Decline, or simply ignore the notice, and nothing is requested from Google or Microsoft and no analytics cookie is set. You can change your answer at any time from the Cookie settings link in the footer of every page.

An enquiry is held because you asked us to contact you about a course — you gave it for that purpose and we use it for that purpose. Analytics is held on your consent, which you give or refuse on the cookie notice and can withdraw whenever you like.

Your IP address is kept with an enquiry for a narrower reason: without it we cannot stop one source flooding the form, and the enquiry channel stops working for everybody else.

A counsellor uses it to contact you about the course you asked about, by phone, WhatsApp or email. That is the only reason we ask for it.

We do not sell enquiry data, we do not pass it to other institutes, and we do not add you to a marketing list you did not ask for. Ask a counsellor to stop contacting you and they stop.

Counselling and admissions staff at the Jalandhar centre, and the people who keep this website and its database running. Nobody else has a business reason to open it.

Two service providers process data on our behalf as a side effect of running the site:

• The hosting provider that runs this website and its database.
• Google (Analytics) and Microsoft (Clarity), for visitors who accepted analytics cookies. They receive browsing data and IP addresses, not enquiry form contents, and both may process it outside India under their own terms.

We will also disclose data where a law, a court or a regulator requires it — and no further than that requires.

Enquiries are kept for 24 months from the last contact about it, then deleted. If you enrol, your records move into the centre's student file and are kept for as long as the certificate and audit rules require.

Analytics data is kept for the retention period set inside Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity, which is measured in months rather than years and is not tied to your name.

Whatever you sent us, you can ask to see it, correct it, or have it deleted. You can also withdraw a consent you gave, including consent to being contacted.

• See what we hold — we will tell you what is in your enquiry record.
• Correct it — a wrong phone number or a misspelt name is fixed on request.
• Delete it — we remove the enquiry from the database.
• Withdraw consent — the cookie notice for analytics, or a word to a counsellor to stop the calls.
• Complain — to us first, and if we do not resolve it, to the Data Protection Board of India.

Write to info@techcadd.com from the address you gave us, or call the centre and ask for the Grievance Officer. We answer within 15 working days. We may ask one question to confirm it is really you before we delete anything — otherwise anyone who knows your phone number could erase your record.

The site is served over HTTPS, so what you type into a form is encrypted on its way to us. Enquiries are stored in a database that is not reachable from the public internet, and the admin screens that read them require a login.

No system is perfect, and we would rather say so than promise otherwise. If a breach ever affects your data, we will tell you and the Data Protection Board as the law requires.

Our courses are for students aged 16 and above, and this site is not aimed at younger children. If you are under 18, please have a parent or guardian send the enquiry, or say so in the message so a counsellor can speak to them.

If you believe a child has sent us their details without a parent's knowledge, tell us and we will delete the record.

Some pages can embed a map from Google and videos from YouTube. Neither loads on its own: the map sits behind a button and requests nothing from Google until you press it, and videos are embedded through YouTube's no-cookie domain, which limits what it stores until you press play.

Once you do load one, the provider receives your IP address and can set its own cookies under its own policy. We have no control over that and cannot see it.

When what the site does changes, this page changes with it, and the date at the top moves. Material changes to how we use enquiry data will be flagged on the site rather than made quietly.
