1. Refund Eligibility

a. Online Courses / Training Programs
ā— Refunds are available within 7 days of enrollment, provided that:

ā—‹ You provide a valid reason for your dissatisfaction.

ā— No refunds will be issued after 7 days of enrollment.
b. Software / Digital Products

ā— Due to the nature of digital products, no refunds will be issued once access/download has been granted.

ā— If you experience technical issues, we will provide assistance to resolve them.
c. Services (Consultation / Custom Projects)
ā— Refunds for services are only issued if the project has not yet begun.

ā— If a project has started, partial refunds may be considered based on the work completed.

ā— Registration number
ā— Service or product purchased
ā— Reason for refund
Our team will review your request and respond within 5 business days.

3. Exceptions

Refunds will not be granted in cases of:

ā— Change of mind after the refund window
ā— Failure to use/access the service or product
ā— Violation of our terms of use or code of conduct
