On 23 October 2026, techcadd conducted an in-person workshop on Agentic Artificial Intelligence at Government Girls College, Ludhiana — an awareness-building programme introducing AI systems that work towards defined goals and carry out multi-step workflows with varying levels of human supervision.
The session covered workflow automation and process coordination, the capabilities and limitations of emerging AI, and responsible AI adoption.
A chat assistant answers a question. An agent is given an objective, splits it into steps, chooses tools, checks its work and carries on — like delegating to an assistant. That only works with a clear goal, sensible limits and someone reviewing the result.
A languages student drafts and edits, a commerce student analyses figures, a science student processes data. In every case the person using the tool stays responsible for the quality and honesty of the work.
Keep personal data out of public AI tools, credit your sources, check outputs for bias and errors, and think about who is affected if a system is wrong.
